Uneven mould cooling only shows up on the moulded part – as warpage, sink marks or a longer cycle. The Manifold from SINGLE displays flow and temperature for each cooling circuit separately, so deviations are detected before they reach production.
What the Manifold is
The Manifold is a cooling-water distributor with flow and temperature measurement for the individual mould circuits. Instead of a single shared value at the mould inlet, you get an overview of every branch: how much water flows through it and at what temperature it returns. The results are shown directly on the unit and can be transferred to the machine control system or to a SINGLE temperature control unit.
The device is built for continuous operation in plastics production – from small workshops with a single machine to lines with dozens of moulds.
